The second tasting is divided in three phases: Phase I: You will taste our wine, Rondaia Rosat. There will be a brief explanation of the wine and the Rondaia project. Phase II: We will walk through the vineyard, were you will understand how we produce our wine, while you taste it. Phase III: You will taste our Rondaia Blanc, and two red wines from Mallorca selected by the property. All this will be followed with an extensive mediterranean appetizer. You won't regret this option!
